UC Tech Group, LLC (UC Tech) 2020, is a sister company to Universal Compliance, LLC (UC)- a long lasting established Department of Defense service provider since 2009. Established by Chris Petrarca, Universal Compliance, LLC and UC Tech Group, LLC provide expertise in software development and information management. Both organizations maintain a well-versed international staff of software developers, program managers, data analysts, creative designers, and business experts across the globe.
UC Tech developed implemented and maintained the original Crawford Digital Review application which was acquired by Crawford and Company as of December 2020. The Crawford Digital Review (CDR) Software Application was designed to increase the efficiencies of estimate review by reducing insurance claim review down from hours to seconds.
UC Tech in conjunction with UC created the ECM-AI estimated platform and writing service, as well as MyCAT Marketplace and MyPro Market in the Insurtech space of restoration and mitigation, as well as maintains the RealTrak Pro Suite containing the Spend Tracking and Reimbursement (STAR) program for the United States Purchasing and Financial Office (USPFO), and the Joint Logistics Sustainment System (JLSS) within National Guard Bureau State Military Department.
